The governor of Baja California Sur presented this Monday a financing and training program aimed at young people between 18 and 29 years old who want to start their own businesses in the municipalities of La Paz and Los Cabos.

With the goal of promoting economic development and reducing youth migration, the Baja California Sur state government launched the "Emprende Joven BCS" program. This program includes loans of up to 150,000 pesos, online training, and technical advice for young entrepreneurs.

Economy Secretary Javier Salgado emphasized that projects related to clean energy, sustainable tourism, and technology will be prioritized.

The call for applications will be open until May 30, and young people from all municipalities are welcome to participate.
